The topic for this month was the four types of love. I chose romantic love. Two lines of the song that stood out to me were: “We are the lovesick girls. You can’t just end this love on your own.” Though romantic love can start as this amazing experience, the flip side is that it could also leave you more broken than before. I think Blackpink did a good representation of how it feels to be holding onto the love even when it’s just cutting you down. But they also demonstrate the need to continue perusing what they view to be as important. Even I believe that love is worth fighting for.
